1. Projects must align with the quarterly theme of "".
  2. All work submitted must be original and completed during the current quarter.
  3. Teams must consist of registered participants (maximum 6 members per team).
  4. Submissions must include all required elements listed under "Submission Requirements."
  5. All participants must adhere to the IEEE Code of Conduct and uphold professionalism during the event.
  6. Participants must be IEEE members to receive awards.
  7. Teams will be reimbursed a base amount of $50 regardless of membership status. As discussed earlier in the quarter, participants must be IEEE members to get additional reimbursement.
  8. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
